What is the L.A.B. Golf Outlet?
L.A.B. Golf Outlet is a direct affiliate with L.A.B. Golf. This outlet store offers discounted "factory second" putters using blemish parts and returned putters from our main website. The blemishes on these putters are all visual and do not affect our patented technology.
The blemishes may be found on the putter head or shaft, but do not affect performance.
“Factory Second” refers to refurbished L.A.B. Golf putters, pulled straight from our production line. These undergo the same QC process as any L.A.B. putter would. If you have any questions about the blemishes on a putter, please reach out to outlet@labgolf.com.
Warranty
The L.A.B. Golf Outlet provides a 90-day warranty for manufacturing errors, starting on the date of shipment. Should you experience a manufacturing defect, please email workorders@labgolf.com immediately for resolution.
New Custom In Stock (NCIS)
“New Custom In Stock” or “NCIS” refers to brand-new, custom L.A.B. Golf putters that have never before seen use. These putters are typically overstock, double builds or canceled orders from our main website that need to find a home. All of our NCIS putters have been through L.A.B.’s rigorous QC process, and function exactly as any other L.A.B. would.
Notably, all NCIS putters are completely free of blemishes!

Returns Policy
All L.A.B. Golf Outlet Factory Second sales are FINAL. There are no returns, exchanges, or trade-ins.
If you purchased one of our New Custom In Stock offerings, you can return the putter within 14 days of arrival. If it is returned to us in NEW condition, we will refund the purchase price of the putter to your original form of payment and you will not be charged a restocking fee. Shipping fees are not included in the refund. We reserve the right to charge a $75-150 restocking fee when accepting returns. These will only apply to putters returned during the 14 day return window if the putter has sustained notable damage throughout this period. Upon the putters' arrival to our facility, our techs will check them over and we will reach out to you if we determine a restocking fee to be necessary.
Shipping
The L.A.B. Golf Outlet offers free domestic FedEx ground shipping to all 50 US states. There is a $35 shipping fee for all destinations in Canada. We charge a $75 shipping fee for all other international destinations. The international shipping fees do not include Import Duties and/or Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buying party, and will be collected after the product leaves our facility.
Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. All putters will be processed and fulfilled within 48 business hours of your purchase. Shipping lead times begin once the putter has been picked up by the shipper, not upon placing the order. You will receive an email from us once your putter has been prepared for shipment. Please reference this email for all tracking information.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Modifications
L.A.B. Golf Outlet putters can be modified prior to shipment as a part of our work orders program. We do charge a fee for modification services, pricing can be found below:
