“New Custom In Stock” or “NCIS” refers to brand-new, custom L.A.B. Golf putters that have never before seen use. These putters are typically overstock, double builds or canceled orders from our main website that need to find a home. NCIS putters are already assembled and have been through L.A.B.’s rigorous QC process. NCIS putters function the exact same as any other L.A.B. putter, and are completely free of blemishes.
The images present in all NCIS listings are not of the physical putter or its components. These product pictures are renders, and serve as a reference for what your putter is going to look like. The color of NCIS putters may vary slightly from the render images provided. NCIS putters are packaged and ready to go out the door, we cannot provide pictures of the actual product itself.

Our manufacturing warranty is valid within 12 months of purchase.
L.A.B. Golf Outlet will cover the shipping fees of returning the putter to the factory for repair within 180 days (6 months) of purchase. Shipping costs associated with warranty returns after the initial 6 months will be the responsibility of the customer.
Warranties only apply to manufacturing defects. If damage to the putter is deemed to be a result of misuse, repair fees may apply. Warranties must be approved and initiated by L.A.B. Golf Outlet. Please reach out to workorders@labgolf.com to coordinate your warranty request.
